through the steps to create a Google Form on your phone, with pictures to
illustrate each step using FORMAKER APP.
Step
1: Open the FORMAKER APP
To create a Google
Form on your phone, you'll need to download any of the Google Forms app from
the App Store or Google Play Store. We are using FORMAKER APP. Once you've downloaded the app, open it on
your phone and Sign in with your Google Account.
Step 2: Choose a Template or Start from Scratch
FORMAKER APP offers several templates that
you can use to create your form quickly. If you're looking for a template,
click on TEMPLATE, and choose a template that best fits your needs.
If you prefer to create a form from
scratch, click the plus sign (+) at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Add Questions
First, Enter the Form Name(Title) and
Description of your form then Click on CREATE at the top of the screen to add a
question. You can choose from a variety of question types, including multiple
choice, short answer, and checkbox.
Step
4: Preview and Share Your Form
Once you've finished creating your form,
it's time to preview it and make sure everything looks right. Click on PREVIEW
at top corner of the screen to preview your form.
If you're happy with your form, it's time
to share it. Click on SAVE TO DRIVE on the upper right-hand corner of the screen
to save.
Now click on SHARE FORM to generate a link
for the form. You can share the link with your audience via email, social
media, or any other method you prefer.
Creating a Google Form on your phone is a
